- Categorize and reconcile personal bank and credit card accounts utilizing Quicken.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues
- Develop and maintain paper and online retrieval systems
- Prepare Quarterly and Annual financial information / reports to Financial Advisors and CPAs.
- Jump-start, organize and oversee large and small projects
- Maintain calendars, contacts and databases
- Correspond and coordinate with client’s attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, consultants and family members.
- Software proficiencies on Macs and PCs, Outlook, Word, Excel, Quicken.
